We had an oak framed double car port erected on our land -Steve did an amazing job doing the concrete base , the tiled roof , a new gravel driveway and footpath all looks amazing . Steve always keeps you informed as to what is happening and our job was finished in good time and without any issues .I would recommend Steve to all he is an outstanding builder ,very approachable and his quote was very competitive. We wouldn’t use anyone else .

High Quality workmanship and good communication.

When moving to the area our new home in Walton came with several layout problems which needed rectifying. At the centre of this challenge was an old cast iron spiral staircase and the knock-on effect removing it would then have on the remaining ground and first floor layouts.
To help me with this project I called upon Steve Cole of S.J.Cole and Co after many recommendations.

Steve and his team worked quickly and carefully as the stairs were removed and all but two of our internal walls were altered. Steve was always considerate to the fact that we were living in the house while the works were carried out and he always did his best to leave things as tidy as possible at the end of each day, something my wife and I appreciated.
Along with changing the stairs, altering the layout and making good, Steve also helped with over boarding old, damaged ceilings and with plastering the majority of the house. Steve also coordinated with the other trades throughout and made the process as easy as possible for us.

Steve clearly enjoys his job and this shines through in both the quality of the work and his positive attitude each day on the project.
The work was finished on time as agreed and we could not be happier with the end result. A big thank you to Steve and all his excellent team, my wife and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
