Sam and his builders built a loft room for my daughter which I paid for all seemed ok apart from nails and screws dropped by them causing 2 punctures to a neighbours car which my daughter paid for.
After the job had been finished a pipe leaked in a wall damaging the plaster and had to be redecorated, then there are creaking sounds each time the wind blows in the joists apparently fitted in correctly, Sam has been back but did not sort the problem and has since said to my daughter he has no time to sort it as ( Trivial ) so be warned he takes the money and no backup for poor workmanship .
