I'd strongly recommend using Skerryvore designs.

Lewis has been great through the process, communicating clearly and in a timely manner. Other architects we talked to just told us what they thought we wanted to hear (aka nothing will be a problem) but Lewis always took the time to manage our expectations so when things have inevitably come up during planning and required change it has not been a surprise.
