Sky Blue Lofts did a great job on my loft conversion. We had a hip to gable conversion with a new bedroom and en-suite created. Rees, Richie, Ryan and Dean were all very polite and pleasant to have around. They cleared up properly every day to keep the site as clean and tidy as possible. The whole build went well. I wasn't looking forward to the work taking place but it was a far less stressful or intrusive process than I had imagined. Someone was onsite every day and I was kept informed of next stages. Rees was quick to respond to any messages. I would recommend them and am pleased with the end result.

Sky Blue Lofts recently carried out a full dormer conversion to our mid-terraced home providing us with a lovely additional large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an decent sized en suite bathroom.

Both my wife and I are really pleased with their work and how they went about it. Jamie, Ritchie and everyone else involved with the project were always polite and professional from start to finish with minimal disruption.

It is also worth mentioning that whilst other companies were happy to just sacrifice our box room to incorporate the loft stairs, Sky Blue Lofts had the vision to suggest moving the wall back in order to preserve the room as a nursery/study which has worked out great for us with a recent addition to our family.

We have had a lot of positive feedback from everyone who has come to see our loft, so thank you again for all of your hard work.

Sky Blue Lofts were amazing. Our conversion was to the whole of the upstairs of the house. Two bathrooms, reducing the size of one bedroom, increasing the size of the main room, adding a new stairs, arranging electrics, building bespoke wardrobes, giving advice on underfloor heating and making suggestions that we would not have thought about.
The best thing was the communication. Jamie kept us up to date all the time. He made sure we knew what was going on and why.
Highly recommended, clean, timely, excellent craftsmen and well mannered.

After months of consideration, hours of scouring reviews, and at least 6 companies out to the house to quote, we finally settled on Sky Blue Lofts to complete our dormer loft conversion last year. We are so pleased we did, we cannot recommend them enough!

From the very start Jamie was brilliant: very communicative, thorough in his responses and explanations when we had questions, transparent and genuine. He supported us every step of the way and often went above and beyond.

For reasons outside of his control our start date for the conversion was pushed back a few months, so the build coincided with the birth of our second baby! But from the start Richie and Ryan could not have been more accommodating and thoughtful of the situation. They were fantastic!

Ultimately looking back now I can't believe we managed with a newborn baby and builders in the house at the same time for two months, but that goes to show how professional and diligent everyone involved was - from the plumber, to the electricians, the roofers, the plasterers and the tilers. Everyone who came through the door were great and never did we feel uneasy with the carousel of people dropping by!

Designing the space with Richie there was made easy, he always made time to explain things through with us, warn us when he needed decisions made by, and offered excellent advice and guidance from his years of experience.

One thing we were especially concerned about with a newborn was the mess, but aside from the obvious of cutting the ceiling out for the stairs, we couldn't actually believe how they managed to contain everything throughout. And the clean up at the end was no issue at all!

We are thrilled with the final result, thank you for all your hard work!!! We're still trying to finish decorating with a baby and a toddler in tow!

From the first time we spoke to Jamie about the requirements to the final inspection, the guys at Sky Blue have been a pleasure to deal with. It can be quite daunting commencing a project like this, but Sky Blue were with us at every step and make the process seamless.

We continued to live in the property whilst the work was being done, and Richie and Ryan were always smiling and a pleasure to have around the house. They are genuinely great people, considerate and professional at all times.

Jamie and the team at Sky Blue were honest and transparent at all times. Even when little changes were asked for, nothing was an issue. We never felt pressured to make decisions and they were always on hand to provide advice.

After shopping around and getting quotes from a number of other companies, we're so happy that we used Sky Blue.

As I said, real tradesmen who take pride in what they do. We're absolutely delighted with the service and end product. Our house is transformed.

Sky blue lofts did a spectacular job on my 3 bed, converting the loft space into a beautiful bedroom. They were efficient , professional and respectful. Jamie explained the whole job as work was conducted always consulting me on decisions. Even honouring the price when unexpected extras appeared. Jamie and his team are literally the best loft converters in Cardiff! As a single woman having this job completed I would especially recommend Blue Sky lofts for their professionalism -having work done by tradesman can be a bit daunting. No sexism or mansplaining with this company.
