Used every trick in the book to push through a large and highly unsuitable development on a small parcel of land in a residential area against the wishes of over 300 objectors.

Showed absolutely no regard for concerns about traffic flow, fire safety, or any other issues raised by residents. In fact, after the decision was delayed at a public planning meeting when it seemed as though it might be rejected (a cowardly move), their plans were revised to take up even more space while addressing none of the issues residents raised.

I realise "pushes things through despite hostile public sentiment" might seem like a selling point from a client's perspective, but any other council would have rejected this plan outright, and this being passed is another in a long list of incompetent and self-serving decisions by some of our councillors.

In summary: Disgusting company, and one aided by a pathetic complicit council.
