Simon and team have effectively rebuilt our house for us over the course of the last several years and delighted with the results. Originally hired Simon remove an internal wall + some plastering to make good several years back. Happy with his work we invited him back to do a front extension for us (extending kitchen + hallway) ~5 years back : he and his Son Alex exceeded expectations again. So when it came to adding a major rear extension, internal renovation, and substantial garden groundworks a year ago the choice of builder to use was obvious. Just wrapping that extension up now and couldn't be happier. Quality is great - comms excellent - but most importantly he's completely trustworthy. We can just give him a key and let him get on with whatever he needs to do with no worries about who he allows on site, etc. Trusting your builder to do the right thing and being able to have honest conversations about what does and doesn't need doing and how best to schedule things is invaluable. Really rate SLJ. Would happily recommend them and have done so to several people over the years.
