This is a caring sharing practice in what was a far from straight forward remodeling but the expertise and support provided from conception to completion gave us confidence that the project would meet our expectations in line with the design brief and within the agreed budget.

Ashley's ideas incorporating sustainability, energy efficiency and interesting design features won me over on his initial visit. Giving me careful guidance during the outline designs, planning process, selection and commissioning of contractors, and through the build- and fit-out phases his professionalism stood out at all points. He monitored the project and kept in close contact with the contractors (Abbots Construction), with whom he had worked previously, ensuring their work maintained integrity with the original design. The finished product has brought us much happiness, and has transformed our house.

I approached Smith Maloney to remodel my terrace house. It is now has much more natural light throughout, and an additional 2 bathroom, including upstairs, as well as an amazing kitchen diner. They achieved this while retaining the original floorspace. Throughout they were very open to ideas, and throughly explained all the steps and decisions they were making. Would recommend them and will use them for future properties.
