I recently hired South East Architectural Services Limited to design an extension to my home. I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish.

The initial consultation was very helpful. The architect, Daniel, took the time to understand my needs and ideas, and he came up with a design that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He was also very responsive to my feedback, and he made sure to address all of my concerns.

The planning process was also smooth and efficient. Daniel handled all of the paperwork and communication with the local council, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. He also kept me updated on the progress of the application, and he was always available to answer my questions.

I have used South East Architectural Services for my house extension and have been absolutely delighted with their services.

Unlike many other architects, SEAS have been very pro-active and have worked hard to ensure that things proceed quickly and smoothly, liaising closely with the council planning department, the structural engineer, and with building control to ensure that any issues or concerns are swiftly addressed. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and efficiently and were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

I would definitely recommend SEAS to any of my friends who require the services of an architect,

We had a really positive experience with SEAS.
After having difficulty finding a structural engineer who would take on our complex loft conversion SEAS put us in touch with a company who undertook the work for us.
Dan at SEAS was very good. He was a lovely guy, talked us through the design, made any changes we requested and dealt with the planning application. He was very proactive, kept us informed of what was going on and liaised with the builders and structural engineer whenever required.
I have already recommended SEAS to a number of friends.

I recently asked Dan at South East Architectural Services if he would come and visit my house and give me his professional opinion as to the possibility of converting my house into two flats. I wanted to downsize but did not want to leave my fantastic house.
I had spent hours trying to work out how I could carry out this conversion and was getting nowhere.
Dan came in listened very carefully to what I wanted and studied the house. He then came up with a brilliant plan that I had never even considered and it would actually result in two semi-detached houses rather than two flats.
Dan then sent me details of how the conversion could be achieved and how SEAS would help me with the conversion from start to finish.

I have used James and Dan at SEAS since 2008 and have always been extremely pleased with the work they do on my behalf. Over the years, they have obtained planning permission for all kinds of projects including new houses, conversion of houses into flats, a new detached annexe, extension of a bed and breakfast and a few loft conversions.

Over the years, I have worked with larger architectural practices but as a small developer, I felt I was just a number in the system. Dan and James make the experience a much more personal one and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone, whatever size project.
