I cannot recommend South East Groundworks enough. They transformed our garden removing various uneven, unsafe old patios and waterlogged grass, cleared everything, resolved the drainage issues and laid beautiful new turf to get our garden back to a blank canvas and safe for our children. Lesley worked incredibly hard to ensure smooth and timely completion of the work and Ricky ensured everything was perfect following completion. South East Groundworks workmanship is exceptional and they ensure the site is left clean and tidy. I will be looking to get Ricky, Lesley and team back in hopefully next year to replace our final remaining patio. Thank you so much Lesley, Ricky and team.

Very impressed with SE Groundworks, and would highly recommend. I called from finding them on Google about an urgent project we needed their help with, within the hour they visited the property and quoted us, and started the work very quickly afterwards. They completed the work to a very high standard and went above and beyond to complete everything we asked for.

Sadly I feel no other choice than to leave this review for this company here as they clearly have no intention of getting in contact with my parents whom they demanded and received £3600 (50% deposit) for work that they have not delivered. The work that this company has carried out has made their driveway worse and after Ricky visited and promised to rectify the work which he saw in person and agreed wasn't to an acceptable standard the company is now ignoring them. I just want to make others aware of this companies conduct in the hopes that it might save someone else a lot of time and money as it's not fair to others to be left in this situation with substandard work, unfinished and in a poor state.

In response to your reply, I attach the last email from Ricky as well as images of the substandard work, I think these speak for themselves. There was never any reason for you to think that funds would have been withheld should the job have been completed properly.
