Gull and his team really looked after my elderly mother who was concerned about who, in the building trade, could be trusted to do a good job. Gull talked her through all decisions and ensured that she was happy at every stage of the renovation of her kitchen/diner. The work undertaken was of high standard and in accordance with building regulations, all taken care of by Gull himself. The staff were hardworking and friendly, and the whole job was completed as quick as possible to ensure minimum disruption to my mother's life. I would highly recommend this team, who provided a great service at a decent price. If you, like my mother, do not know who to trust to conduct your building works, Southfield Construction is the one for you.

Excellent job carried out from the team, very quick and happy to resolve all issues faced on the build. They made sure the site was always left clean and tidy and never turned up late for work.

Gull and his team did a fine job. They built brick pillars and a wall, and co-ordinated the installation of powered security gates - which was far from straightforward!
While on site, they also completed several other tasks, including re-pointing. All done to high standard and within budget.

Very helpful, great bunch of workers. Gull and his crew have put a warm roof on our conservatory, panelled our bathroom, put in a new bath and an extractor fan. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.
