Awful customer experience and level of service getting an HIU boiler fitted.
Took months for a job that other firms were able to complete in a matter of days.
Lots of no shows and having to return to try and complete the job.
They ended up refusing to complete the job, I had to get a third party to come in to finish off. Luckily I did as Sowga had plumbed up the unit the wrong way around, hence why they couldn’t get it working.
Calamity of errors, avoid avoid avoid!

Do not trust. Check and verify work completed. Email received from their solicitor threatening legal action. Truthfull review having worked here. More than happy to attend court.

Also / has been known as Chartwells. Can be seen in Google images

Update, they settled my court case against them before it went to court. Still waiting to here from their solicitors about the Employment Tribunal case. Also failed on Data Protection law. I have been told of report being filed with the ICO from others.

Poor service, rude and sadly always seeing the vans driving dangerously and well over speed limits.

Would not recommend and would advise to explore elsewhere
