Mark has been incredibly helpful with our ground floor extension and loft conversion. He ensured that we were kept up to date throughout the entire process and has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. He took the time to visit our property and explained what was feasible for our home based on the latest guidance from the council. Mark guided us through the planning pitfalls , we had the first planning application refused ,we were advised to go for a second application and appeal our first refusal, we have been granted both the second application and also won the appeal , thanks to Marks expertise we now have the planning permission we hoped for .

Exceptional service. I contacted Mark at short notice due to a dispute with my former architect/structural engineer in relation to incorrect drawings and calculations. Mark was on site within 24 hours of my first call and he came up with a fast track plan to resolve all outstanding issues which resulted in minimal delays to the project. His vast experience in architectural designs for residents in the Emerson Park area was clearly noticeable and I would highly recommend his services to residents in the area. Also, his structural engineer was very experienced which gave me a lot of comfort that the calculations were spot on!

We had other companies and decided to use this company as they were local and would know whether plans would be successful or not. We paid them fully. They submitted our plans and did not call planners to see preliminary if plans need adjustment or not and went away on holidays. I called up planners few weeks later. They told me the plans were rejected because plans were too big and needed few alterations. I was told by planners that local architects would have known the plans would not be successful. The planner told me if only architect had called they would have advised him that plans needed adjustments. Then I thought wrongly on my part that the plans could be resubmitted up to 12 months but I realised much later that it was 12 weeks! We just wasted our money with this company who had asked more money to resubmit. Please check company's carefully and get preliminary plans done to ensure your plans will be accepted. Dont just leave all to architects, do call up after your plans submitted to check any issues. Otherwise you will end up loosing money like us.
