We were very pleased with the work that Spatial Design did for us. The original plan was thwarted by planning permission objections but the alternative suggested by Spatial worked very well.
We used Spatial to oversee the build and as far as we were concerned, it was money well spent. Shaun in particular was very helpful and responsive. He worked well with the building company, gave us great suggestions for companies that fitted the bathroom, kitchen, fireplace and staircase and had some great ideas for both the internal and external finish.
We would highly recommend Spatial Design (and Shaun!)

SDA took on my project for a new build in a modern open plan style in a rural setting subject to green belt planning restrictions. As well as the professional architecture and project management they gave me lots of practical guidance. I used Spatial Designs on the recommendation of a friend of mine, not knowing exactly how we wanted the extension to the rear of our 1900’S detached house to look like.
After a few meetings with Brendan and his patient team, they came up with a design that my wife and family absolutely love. They listened to everything that we asked for and achieved it and more. We needed convincing about the zinc roof but so glad we were persuaded into adopting it into the design it looks stunning. Any problem they had, they found ways of talking it through with the builder without compromising on the design they had shown to us. This project would not have gone so smoothly without their knowledge and input.
We have also used Brendon and the team to design some internal alterations to bedrooms and bathrooms in our house; again, the results were fantastic.
I would recommend Spatial Design to anybody. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”.

We approached Brendon in 2018 with some drawings for our new Scout Headquarters, Eagle Hall in Warley, that needed to be changed from a traditional brick construction to a steel frame design. We had employed a structural engineer to design the steel frame who, unfortunately proved less than reliable. Brendon and his team coped with all of these difficulties in a very professional manner and produced clear and legible drawings despite a great deal of structural issues that had to be dealt with. They also willingly made several revisions without fuss and even after the building was completed in 2020 they have produced minor revisions quickly and efficiently.

In short we have found Brendon and his team to be very professional, efficient, imaginative and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
