Steve is very professional, prompt with replies and thorough. He listened to what we wanted and was very careful to make sure this was reflected in the brief. Steve’s attention to detail was superlative and the floor plan he made allowed us to envisage the how it would look on completion. The whole process has been smooth and stress free for us and that is down to Steve explaining everything as we went along and being so efficient. Definitely would recommend.

We asked Steve to draw up some plans for a self build kitchen extention with a utility and shower room.
Wasn't sure of the exact layout we wanted but Steve listened to all our ideas and came up with something that works well for us, even adding a quirky porch to the new back door.
As it was a self build I found the drawings easy to read and nothing overly complicated.

Steve at Spatial Design was recommended to us by a friend for our extension plans and I would very happily pass on that recommendation. Firstly he always turned up when he said he would - sadly this doesn't seem to be the case with everyone. Much more importantly he listened to what we were trying to achieve and came back with a range of ideas, ranging from fairly conservative through to pretty radical. He challenged our own thinking (politely) and helped us get to a bit of a hybrid that met all our needs.
