service was ok even though the times were cocked up the main problem was when it was time to pay and they hit me with plus the vat which is understandable and £90 quid delivery .
i had called twice in advance of booking to check prices and at no time was the delivery mentioned.
was billed when done , i said that sounds expensive was still working the concrete at the time so couldn’t sit down with a pen so paid the bill and was told it was the vat .
when id finished job got calculator out did some maths it didnt work out i called bk and said there’s been a misunderstanding with the bill i was told about the delivery charge i was passed to a lady who was super rude and hung up on me .
i will not use this service again due to the hidden charges and the rude after care in office .

What a fantastic job, very pleased i chose spot on concrete.

They poured 3.25 cube of concrete for my new garage base.

Both operators where pleasant and put in hard work during the hour or so they they attended.

The lads where a credit to the company.

I will be using spot on concrete again for any future concrete projects.

The lads that turned up were great! They were friendly and helpful however,
I was quoted £200 all in on the phone for up to 2 cube and they used 1.6 and tried charging me £279

This is the second time they have done this so I guarantee it will be the last.

Such a shame.

I was told the guy that quoted me was new and didn’t know how to quote properly.
Honestly not my problem, if you quote me £200 charge me £200

Hidden charges all the time, last time I was quoted £360 and they charged £520
Big difference and not much over on the volume I had asked for

Great service at a great price, could not be more happier with the service I got from this company, from helping with my queries, then sorting out what I needed for when I needed. The lads that turned up were polite, welcoming and didn't need a thing. Just got on with the job and the line pump operater with a southern accent, I could not fault, for what he did and still had the energy to help everyone he could on the job really impressed me. One of the drivers had a little bit of an attitude problem but the pump lad apologised on his behalf and made him sit in his big red truck. Could not fault this company at all.

Did a fantastic job for me. I had a requirement to pump the concrete to the rear of my property over a brand new driveway and was anxious about spillage. They were clean, professional and quick. I would recommend their services and definitely will use them again
