Sam and the team are fantastic, we love our 2 storey extension. Can’t speak highly enough of Sam and his amazing team. They listened, presented us with various solutions to what we wanted to achieve and delivered the finished article which we’re delighted with.

We had taken several quotes from other companies but what impressed us most was that Sam had a huge team that were perfectly skilled and could be project managed into the job at the right times.

His crew are incredibly neat and tidy, have obvious pride in their work and wonderful to work with.

We really appreciated that the ideas and solutions suggested were well thought out. It wasn’t about upselling, it was achieving the perfect result within budget which had finesse.

Sam is very passionate about his projects and has an incredible eye for detail. We were very lucky our paths crossed and now we have our dream home.

If you want quality in workmanship, knowledge and background in all things to do with housing construction, then look no further.

We had a few snags at the end of the job which was to be expected but Sam has addressed these outstanding jobs and is just as committed to getting them done as he was on taking on the project ❤️

Sam and his team are amazing. They can cope with any job we throw at them and they are always happy to help. Their care and attention to detail are fantastic and they are always helpful, friendly, tidy and a pleasure to work with. In fact we we trust him so much that we have grown to consider Sam as a friend. We know he and his team will always do the best job possible for us. We’ve had loads of work done by SPR including; roof work, chimney removal, carpentry, electrics, solar, plumbing - you name it, they can do it. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

SPR completed the building works to our garage and the installation of 2 velux windows in our roof rooms very well, making a good clean job of it all. Their staff were friendly, efficient and did a good job. There was also a very good level of communication and we were kept abreast of progress throughout.
