Called in early September, a really good mix of house's in style and sizes, mire importantly seemed very fairy priced.

I was guided round by a lovely lady (Catherine I think) new her stuff and able to answer a few challenging questions about the site and future plans I put her.

Bought our first home here. Location is great and the homes are cosy and warm. Nice neighbours and great sense of community. Bit of construction going on still but can see how nice it's going to be. Bolsover council are also excellent.

Was all set to do a part exchange for a gleason home. Ut the home buyer company they use didn't want my home as it was too old ? Its a lovely edwardian stone built house.. so a waste 9f time. But the sales woman on site is lovely

Nice little estate but parking and access could have been better!
Gleeson are now renting properties despite it being against the agreed covenant, rents are high too! Not worth almost £1200pm rent!
