Left my garden in a fantastic state after replacing my lead pipe and are now not accepting liability together with Severn Trent. Came to 'fix' the issue and started digging up next doors garden instead. Still did not fix the issue leaving us thousands out of pocket to properly repair and treat the area. Thanks so much for causing us significant stress and financial losses over the past month!!

If you’re considering working here, don’t bother. They don’t pay their staff and even when they say they will, they don’t. They’re in thousands pounds of arrears that are owed out to their staff but haven’t paid them. They are incredibly poor people to work with and deal with, and don’t reply to messages/calls when you chase them up. Will be taking this further!

Dig up gardens and just don't have a clue how to replace slabs and tidy up after themselves. This is in a 78 year olds property and hazards left everywhere! Severn Trent actually contract these cowboys
