Arranged for Paul to come do a structural survey on work my late father had done on my mum’s house which is currently in the process of selling as mums had to go into care. Pauls knowledge is amazing. Advised us on the possible options open to use. The cheapest being to remove the chimney.
Which is being done. Paul helped me with necessary paperwork to show the buyers and his help was invaluable.
Could not have done this without him.
