Don't honour the times online whilst making lots of bold claims about time frames. Not in the least bit helpful when I ordered online, just called up and said no. It was an order for a few pieces of mild steel with four cuts...could have easily fitted me in. I order a lot of construction materials and my advice would be if you do not use them regularly, then don't bother using them at all.
