I just wanted a 2 metre section of load-bearing wall removed. I’d contacted a number of Structural Engineers only to be told it’d be 2-4 weeks before a site visit and again potentially weeks before a report. Trevor on the other hand proposed a site visit within 48 hrs. He arrived on time, measured up within 45mins, and specced out calcs for two scenarios on request. Nice bloke to boot. Then delivered the report 24hrs after his very competitively priced invoice was paid. Builders seem happy and able to create quotes for the work. Thank you Trevor!
