Found the company on our local contractors booklet, saw this company had 30+ years experience. Called Stephen to look at installing a few door handles for me and maybe a couple doors. He agreed to come and view my house a couple days after at around 7pm. Didn’t call or text to let me know he wouldn’t be able to make it. I had to message at around 7:15 to ask where he was. He asked if he could come and view the house the following day at 7pm. I advised him to let me know sooner if anything were to change. I even sent him another message around 6pm to make sure he could still come and yet again no peep from this guy. This is already giving me a preview as to what’s to come if I were to deal with him so based on my experience I wouldn’t go any further. It’s very unprofessional and not a good impression on a prospective paying customer.

Stephen and Mike did an excellent job fitting new door frames' doors architrave and skirting at my property. He arrived on time and even worked throughout the bank holiday weekend. He finished the job to a very high standard and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Stephen to anybody looking for a highly skilled carpenter.

Steve fitted some doors at Badger Way. I supplied 4" sprung hinges. He fitted cheap 2.5" hinges to go into the old recesses, to make the job quicker. He took a corner off one of the oak doors at the bottom. Had to come back to stick some wood back on.
