Part way through our house renovation project we realised that we needed a structural engineer's input urgently. Fran responded very quickly, finding time in her schedule to visit the site and immediately gave us some reassurance that she could come up with a solution that would not delay the work. She turned around the design in a matter of days and with a level of clarity that was very easy to interpret.
Not only that, but she also then responded equally quickly to a further, unforeseen issue and again, turned around the (even more fiddly,) calculations within 48hrs.
We look forwards to working with her for the remainder of our extension project and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Fran recently carried out a structural survey for us on an old timber property we were in the process of purchasing. Our mortgage lender required a more in-depth survey than we had already had by a different company. Fran came on site and conducted an in-depth survey which resulted in our lender proceeding with the mortgage.
Fran was very personable, reassuring and professional. Would recommend.
