Could not of had a more positive experience with them. The whole process was seamless. The team in the office are incredible and always on hand and proactive should you need anything clarifying or sorting. The installation was brilliant and the whole team who fitted the door and air-brick were professional and went above and beyond throughout the fitting. I would highly recommend Stormeister, not only are their team brilliant but their products are tested and proved to the highest level which has given us complete peace of mind in our home since it flooded nearly a year ago.

We ordered 3 doors at a cost over over 10K in October 2020 (They are not the quickest to reply to emails and even calling is never easy) by March 2021 we had 3 doors that didn't fit properly and had a totally wrong colour were installed. We have not been able to open one door since March. It was agreed that new doors would be made in around six weeks but took 6 month (almost a year late ) UPDATE the wrong colour doors have been removed and correctly fitted to our satisfaction and we very happy with the quality and the fitting.

I can’t recommend StormMeister highly enough. All of the staff are super friendly, and were incredibly helpful during the consultation and design process. Once I placed my order I received regular updates from them until the door was ready for installation.

On the day of the installation, the fitter encountered some unforeseen issues (specific to my property), which meant the installation took far longer than expected. Having travelled from Preston, the fitter booked a hotel room so he could finish the job, which was done to the highest of standards. A fantastic company to work with.

We have just had installed a new storm door and five self-sealing air bricks and wall pointing due to experiencing a bad flash flood that almost destroyed our home. I hope our new products are never put to the test, but I have to say that dealing with StormMeister has been a very good experience. All staff we spoke to on the phone were polite and with excellent communication throughout the whole job. Good communication I rate very highly and StormMeister's was excellent. The engineer who did all the work was great, friendly, explained everything thoroughly and was lovely to talk to. All in all, no complaints and yes, I would certainly recommend StormMeister and fully intend to use them again if need be in the future.

Glendale Community Hall Isle of Skye, purchased three off doors from StormMeister to upgrade the halls flood defences the project was partly funded by the Highland Council. The team at StormMeister were supportive and proactive in providing the required information within a short application deadline. The whole process was very positive from the first enquiry to installation of the doors, and the quality of the installation and the doors are excellent.
