Jay and Matt from Strong Drives did a marvellous job on our Resin driveway, Indian sandstone slabbing, fence erection and front garden levelling. We can wholeheartedly say that the outcome ( the end result ) is excellent , has exceeded our expectations and successfully fulfilled our vision.

They were extremely hard working ( Jay and Matt have put in long hours past 7 PM to ensure timely finish), professional, polite, and comprehensive from start to finish. Jay has done some unexpected work for us despite he is extremely busy. Their dedication to perfection reflected in the result. At each stage, we were notified around the progress, about the different stages and regarding our specific requirements. They cleared and cleaned the working area so neatly after end of each day not leaving any mess around.

Jay has picked up this work ensuring he will take the payment after the work is done as we were cheated by a contractor Richard Campbell from Platinum Landscaping and Design, Leicester.

We can honestly say Jay and his team are brilliant in the trade. We have had people enquired after seeing their work, which reflects their great workmanship.

Strong drives have done a great job to relay our drive with bound resin. Jay, Mat and the team did a great job and completed on time. We chose bound resin for its looks and porous surface that avoids rainwater run off on to the highway. They worked extremely hard, both physically and in their willingness to achieve what we wanted. I recently had my driveway relaid by Strong Drives, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team of four guys was nothing short of amazing. Jay and Matt were incredibly knowledgeable and clearly perfectionists, which showed in the quality of their work. Jay laid the resin to an absolute 10/10 standard—seriously, it’s flawless—and Matt handled the edging brickwork with the same level of precision and care.

The entire team was not only skilled but incredibly positive and genuinely wanted to deliver the best possible job. They took the time to explain everything in detail to someone who may or may not have OCD tendencies (me!), which I really appreciated. Every step was clear, and they made sure I felt confident about what they were doing.

At one point, I suggested using a lower-quality fence for the project, but Jay convinced me to go for a better, fancier one instead—and wow, does it make a difference! It completely elevates the look of the whole space. Plus, thanks to Jay’s great recommendations, I even had them relay my porch and the step into my home with resin—something I wouldn’t have even thought of on my own! It turned out amazing, just like the driveway.

The transformation is unreal. What the driveway was compared to what it is now makes me stop and stare at it in awe every day. I’ve had numerous compliments from neighbors and people just walking by, and I have Strong Drives to thank for that.

One of the things that really impressed me was how considerate they were of the whole street. They made sure to wash down the area daily, leaving everything neat and tidy. It’s that kind of attention to detail that sets them apart.

Jay & the team are exceptional! Following a quoting process over 3 firms that were recommended to me, there was only 1 obvious choice. From the outset all of the team at Strong drives were friendly knowledgeable & above all interested in our needs to the detailed parts of the job (which quite frankly the other firms were not interested in doing). We felt valued & in the great hands of a company who from the outset wanted to make the job & finish perfect! While the 3 quotes we received were all similarly priced, this left us to choose who we thought would conduct the best job & this candidate was always an easy choice!
