Our experience with the CEO in particular was very poor and his behaviour was unprofessional. From attacking me in his office for chasing the calcs/drawings we had paid for (and was refusing) to him greeting my wife with unwanted kisses on every site visit.

This gets so much deeper - however in simple terms his lack of integrity and professionalism makes his business one to avoid.
