An excellent job from Tim and the team at Simplify. For a loft conversion, we needed to support a chimney having removed the chimney breast internally, and on what was a quite complicated procedure due to a requirement to minimise the amount of floorspace lost to steels, they explored all options for us and explained everything clearly. We're very pleased with the end result, and our builder was also happy.

Simplify Structural Engineering have done a fantastic job calculating the necessary requirements for my home project. I'm not technical but c.15 beams, 4 columns and 2 piers present a fair few calculations to work through and Tim (SSE) did these in a really quick fashion.

I've shared the output of Tim's work with various builders and they've been able to digest the requirements easily and without any issues.

Tim continued his great service when it came to answering some of my questions i.e. "What would need to be different in the XXX design to simplify the engineering solution and save some money?"

All in all, great service, accurate and good value.

I'd use SSE again, without hesitation.

Couldn't fault at all - like everything in life you get what you pay for. SSE were not the cheapest on the market however came back within 1 hour of my first initial enquiry with a itemised quote and options for a visit. Tim was our structural engineer who was great - even now has offered to assist with any questions that I might have after; unlike other companies that take your money and don't care! We were in a bit of a rush as couldn't get quotes from builders until we received the report so Tim turned it around very quickly! Highly recommend
