Based on a good review on Google we went for this trades man. At the beginning things seemed fine. Ian, the business owner seems like a nice and polite person. Don't be fooled by the cheap charms. The work got delayed and delayed, there was a mess every where, nothing was ever finished properly, the things that were finished had faulties which we had to removed and get another trades to fixed it. When confronted he will have plenty of good reasons to tell you, to make you feel sorry for him. At the beginning the payment seemed reasonable but later started to rip you off bit by bit. We ended up with unfinished work, a lot of mess and tens of thousand pounds were spent and more work to deal with.
Don't be fooled like we were, it's a warning.
