We used Prashant and Structvils services for our single storey rear extension, after looking for a while for a structural engineer we chose to go down the route of selecting someone who was IStructE accredited for our own peace of mind, we definitely feel like we made the right decision! Prashant was amazing to work with and took the time even before we decided to go ahead with Structvil to take a look through our plans and give us advice. He really understood our requirements and came back to us very promptly with any questions / queries and also the final report. He also assisted through the build in regards to communicating with our builder which really helped us keep things moving. It was great to work with someone so professional but also spoke with us in a manner in which we could understand the plans he drew up for us.

Prash’s company structvil were amazing from start to finish! We had a major issue which caused all building works to be stopped as the previous calculations from a different firm were rejected by the council, Prash came on short notice and squeezed us in, he let us explain all our wants and needs and understood the task at hand, Prash was quick and efficient in getting the plans / calculations done and today they have been approved so we can get the builders back on site to finish the job! Once again many thanks to Structvil Ltd! I would highly recommend. He is also very friendly.
