Dan and his team have been a central part of our whole house renovation for the last 6 years or so. Working in stages, Dan has helped us work through all of the considerations needed to ensure the house remains livable, that we complete each stage and plan/prep for the next stage as well as deal with the challenges that a 200 year old house brings as you peel back the layers. The whole team has been fantastic - always polite, tidy and finishing work to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone embarking on a new large project.

I recently engaged Dan and his team at Strutt Building for some renovation work. The whole operation was very professional, Dan provided a detailed quote for all work included and took time to clarify any questions. The team were polite and efficient and completed all the work ahead of schedule and were able to work around some other plumbing, flooring and decorating activities to ensure everything went according to plan. I would recommend and will engage them as a preferred supplier for any future needs.

Dan and his team were fantastic. Dans quote was more than fair and the level of detail was beyond helpful and also ensured there were no hidden costs throughout the build.

During the build we got regular updates and photos via the app and any amends we made along the way were no issue. The team were super professional and made every effort to keep the site tidy and would clear down on Fridays to minimise the impact over the weekend.

Our project was actually delivered ahead of the promised time and we were super happy with all elements.

Would (and have) recommend Dan to friends and family.

We are architects who have happily collaborated with Strutt Building Ltd on a number of projects in the Guildford area. We find Dan and his team to be really easy to work with - they take that extra time to understand/discuss drawings and client requirements which is a hard thing to find and is greatly valued.
