When we purchased our house in October 2023 we knew we were going to demolish it and build a brand new house on its site. We have been working with Studio 212 Ltd on designing our new build in a conservation area in South East London since this time and have just received planning permission first time. Jolanta and Daniel have helped us turn our vision into reality and we now have approval for a light and airy 5 bed house. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Studio 212 Ltd on the next stages as we start the build and move onto the interior design.
