Matt Riley has been superb! He is calm, very knowledgeable and has up-to-date facilities for all that is required. From first meeting him I was impressed. He designed our double garage with ease suggesting many things in the process. His drawings are fantastic and very clear and informative. He made edits to them quickly and dealt with the council so smoothly. He is easy to contact and replies swiftly. We appointed one of his suggested builders (Martin Construction, Hull) and are very grateful for this as they have been excellent too. I have no hesitation recommending Matt to you - you will receive a first class service!

We live in a Grade II listed building in a conservation area and needed some specialist help in converting a room into a disabled bathroom plus other adaptations.
