Good guys to work with who did an excellent job - especially Dave. They managed very difficult conditions at the start of the work when my drive was flooded with good humour, and I wouldn't say they were the tidiest of builders, but the quality of the finish can't be faulted.

I highly recommend Stuart and the team who have been a pleasure to work with. They built a single storey kitchen extension with newly fitted kitchen and external patio. They were a pleasure to have around the house and fitted in well with our young family. I can highly recommend Summit Construction. Professional team, pleasure to work with and they certainly know their craft. (Confirmed by the building inspector who commented, “They certainly knowing what they are doing”.) Ours was not a small project with 200 m sq added to an existing dwelling. Extensive demolition, ground works, steel works, intricate roofing etc). Good interaction with others (eg third party window contractors, solving whatever minor adjustments had to be made rather than blaming others!). They did the job, with no ifs and buts. Good experience and will definitely use if you are considering a simple extension or a complete house rebuild.

We had our old kitchen stripped out, enlarged into the utility room and an entirely new kitchen installed by Tony, Stewart, Barry and the Summit Construction team. They were a pleasure to work with, were polite and friendly, and always made sure we were in the loop with the progress of the work. Where extra work was needed, the additional time and costs were discussed as well as the reasons why – we had no surprises sprung on us and everything went smoothly. The team were also clean and tidy, and did their best to minimise the effect on the rest of the house during the work. I would certainly recommend!
