My wife and i stayed here for 2 nights in the Stables for my wives birthday. Very nice lodge and the hot tub was amazing! We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. Lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The horses in the farm are beautiful and extremely well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Went to sunny side lodges for a two night stay. They’re absolutely beautiful. We did get the romance package added for extra £70 or £90 can’t really remember but overall I did feel that was a bit of a rip off for 2 balloons, small box lindor and Prosecco and use of their robes and slippers. Quite steep for all it was. But was a nice one off gesture from my husband. Overall we had an amazing time, lodge was great, surroundings are out of this world, super friendly owners, horses very friendly. We also had fantastic weather for our weekend which is what made our weekend I think! The only one little thing which I didn’t like was how NOISY the fridge was. It got to the point I had to switch off at nights cos the racket kept me up. I should have told the owners who could have probably rectified this but I didn’t want to be a hassle. One more little thing which would be helpful is to have an outside light from the front of cabin we didn’t seem to have one so when it was dark and going out to the hot tub we had to rely on the lights at hot tub to see. Loved my time away and again I will 100% reccomend and go back in a heart beat.

Had the most beautiful and relaxing stay at Sunnyside Lodges. The location is picturesque; surrounded by horses, sheep, cows and chickens.
The lodge has such a great location with views of the Sanquhar countryside; overlooking fields, farms and hills that can be seen from the lodge and hot-tub. This made the stay that more enjoyable and relaxing.
We had the best night in the lodge as the cleanliness is 5 stars and the appliances are handy. The lodge supplies you with cutlery, microwave, stove, pots, washing up liquid, ice and plates.
The bed is so soft, along with the pillows and duvet. My partner is 6,3 and fit just fine. Both of us having a 10/10 sleep.
Our favourite part was the hot-tub. Stayed warm and bubbly for the entirety of our stay and was so relaxing and romantic. Although there are pods nearby there is more than enough privacy.
The LED lights added to the overall romantic vibe of the lodge.
The lodge also has a patio to sit outside with chair and tables.
Thank you for an amazing and perfect night away will definitely be back at Sunnyside Lodges.

Had a lovely chilled 3 night away, close to lots of towns and landmarks, lots of places to visit. Lodge was clean and had all mod cons. We stayed in the stables and this is probably the biggest lodge/pod, the hot tub was massive and very private, only downside for us was it had no view compared to the other lodges/pods.|Claire and Dominic were very accommodating. Would highly recommend

Unbelievably peaceful in a great location. Very helpful owners and I can’t say anything negative at all. Everything was brilliant with our stay. Would definitely recommend and return. The pod was spotless and all facilities to cook are provided in the pod. Spent most of the two days in the hot tub together.

We are currently staying at the Mennock pod at Sunnyside Lodges. We decided to book up mon-fri after our wedding for a few relaxing days away. The pod itself was spotless, very homely & decor was great too. We upgraded our package, & had a few extras which was lovely. The farm is lovely & if you’re lucky enough you can meet the horses! Jasper & Bertie gave us a very warm welcome (just sad I didn’t bring any doggie treats!) if you’re like us and you enjoy exploring with walks, castles, or kicking back & reading a book then this place is for you. Lastly, the staff here are extremely accommodating. Every one we met were friendly & we’re happy to answer any questions, give help & show you around. We hopefully will be back soon.

Had an amazing stay here last night with my partner. Scenery was beautiful on arrival and seeing the horses, ponies and sheep made it even better! The owner was very pleasant on arrival and directed us to our pod. The pod was lovely, clean and cosy and of course the hot tub was amazing. Only thing that was a downfall from the night (of my own doing) was the fact I came out the hot tub and went straight into the shower and fainted while I was in there and went straight through the shower door, shattering all the glass 🙈 When I came through i felt more worried about the fact I had smashed the glass and felt so embarrassed. My parner told the owners what happened and they honestly could not have been more understanding than they were. First thing they asked is if I was OK and said not to worry about the door. I cant thank them enough for their understanding and kindness and will definitely be returning (if they will have us 😅)

We've just come home from a 2 day stay at Sunnyside Lodges and we will definitely be back, we had an amazing time!

We stayed in the Euchan Pod, pod was immaculate, modern, spacious and well presented! The love package add on was a nice wee add on for sure.

Pod over looks the horse paddocks, Milly is hilarious BTW! All in all so peaceful and tranquil, came home feeling relaxed and recharged

Owners Dom & Claire are so lovely, welcoming and hardworking, couldn't meet a nicer couple!

Can't fault our stay in anyway! 10/10!
