I can't recommend Superstructures services high enough. They have been absolutely brilliant. We are so delighted with our kitchen. Everyone carpenter, painters ,plumbers ,tilers and electricians were so professional and were all very patient with me. Listening to my ideas and giving me expert advice. Nothing was too much bother and I am so relieved I booked them. A big thanks to Paul he was always there on the day, guiding and overseeing the work. He even was caught washing the floor lol. I have recommended this company to all my friends. You couldn't find anyone better to fit your kitchen.

I can’t thank Superstructure Services Ltd enough for what they did to my house - they were amazing!
I had had a really bad experience with a local Deal tradesman, who messed up my new kitchen, bathroom and shower room. I was recommended to call Paul at SSltd. He took on the job of undoing all the inferior work that had previously been done and then finished all rooms to a very high standard. It was an extremely professional job with the nicest people, who were tidy, respectful and above all very capable - I am chuffed with the end result. I was so impressed with the work done on my kitchen that I ended up going through the whole house. The carpenters, kitchen fitters, bathroom fitters, electrician, decorators and plumber were each so experienced and knowledgable in their field.
I bought the house in September 2023 and after my initial blip with the rogue tradesman, I started to truly regret my purchase. Paul and his Team gave me confidence from day one and finished everything to a very high standard - I love my home now.
I have a couple more jobs to do in the near future, I will definitely be calling SSLtd. I can not recommend this company enough.

We have renovated an entire house (completely new electrics, floors, new windows/doors, partly new roof, kitchen and bathroom installation, carpentry, decorating inside and exterior) with Paul and his team. The quality of the work was outstanding in every aspect. He is responding on messages and emails within minutes, is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and the coordination of his team was seamless. Also, the project was finished very quickly. I can highly recommend Paul and his company.

Paul did an excellent job building and installing some bespoke bookshelves for us. Having had some very poor experiences with others in the past, we were really impressed by Paul. He was extremely responsive when we first contacted him. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he treated our house with respect, used clean dustsheets and cleaned thoroughly up after himself. We already have him down for another job.

Paul Clay has completed a first class refurbishment of our library. Every step of the project was completed in a professional fashion and the quality of his work met our expectations. A few note-worthy aspects of his work are:

1) The tendering process was completed in a thorough fashion; he was the only builder who insisted in doing some investigative excavation works before he could provide a quote. Accordingly his quote was more thorough and authoritative. His costings were accurate and the subsequent works had few surprises.

2)The scope and standard of his proposed project was exceptional. Clearly he aimed to provide the highest quality of work with no expense spared. When we advised him that our budget was limited he gave us a realistic view of which work was essential and those aspects that could be completed at a later date. His honesty and frank approach was evident throughout the course of the subsequent works throughout the Summer and early Autumn.

3) The project involved: investigating the cause of damp rotten collapsed floorboards in our library. He stripped out all the joists and excavated the footings to establish whether the footings were sound and proceeded to re-tank the walls and construct a reinforced concrete screed with insulation. The rear elevation of the house was injected with damp-proofing and the guttering was refurbished. The room was re-wired, plastered and decorated with refurbishment of the oak windows as well as renewing the oak internal door and skirting.

4)Although Paul relied on a number of sub-contractors he reviewed their work and , when necessary either insisted that various aspects were modified by the sub-contractor or remedied the work himself. He is, undoubtedly, a perfectionist.

5)He was available seven days a week for discussion of any concerns or new design ideas that transpired during the refurbishment process. I would leave a message, often with photos on WhatsApp and Paul would phone or reply on WhatsApp within a short period of time.

6) Any criticisms? The works took a long time to complete but we were not in a rush and did not specify an early completion date. Inevitably we had to wait for the screed, tanked walls and plaster to dry thoroughly before proceeding with the interior décor work but there were delays in getting sub-contractors back to complete their various tasks.

7)I am happy to be contacted directly if anyone wishes to discuss any aspects of Paul’s work. We plan to use him again within a year or two.
