Superstructure have completed structural engineering and design work on my current family home converting the garage into more living space and are now working with me to put an extension on the back of the property. They have always been very clean on what the service they have quoted for covers and the design work has been second to none. They have always been opened to answer any questions I have had. Report on a structural issue was VERY slow (7 working days) to be published, without a reason given and after being phoned for haste by us.
The report was scant on details and when details were required, for a steel frame to be engineered, they were just not forth coming.
It’s been months. So now it looks like we’ll have to pay a second SE Co to come out and repeat the visit and calculate the spec for us.
