Surebuild have now completed two extensions (loft conversion and rear kitchen/diner) for us and I can’t fault them. The most recent build in early 2024 even finished a couple of weeks ahead of schedule! Davinder anticipates challenges, finds solutions, and keeps you up to speed the whole way through the build. His team are skilled, respectful and hard working and I would trust them without hesitation for any future work.

Davinder and his team carried out a big refurbishment on our house & were fantastic every step of the way. They did a brilliant job & kept us in the loop about the various stages. I have continued to use Davinder for smaller jobs & have complete trust in any advice he gives to solve problems. He and his team are both professional & nice, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great building firm.

I used surebuild homes for a rear single story extension on my home.

We chose the company as they are local, registered with the federation of master builders, their price was competitive and Davinder (the owner) went out of his way to accomodate our fast timelines.

I have to say, his team was the right choice.
Davinder was an excellent communcator, made sure everything was kept to budget, time and done correctly.

The overall quality of the work was excellent, I have some experience on building sites and tried to keep an eye on things as much as I could, and it was very clear that no one was cutting corners, and things were being done properly. Bob even let me lay a brick or two.

The project ended very close to initial budget, there are always unforseen costs and it went like 2% over, but this is to be expected and a contingency is always needed when doing building work.

As for timelines, from start to finish it took 3 and a bit months, which was very good, the only delay we had was related to the window company which I was responsible for, and Davinder was very understanding and accomodating of this.

Overall, I am very happy with the company, their work and their communication, I highly recommend them.

Davinder and his team did a fantastic job renovating my Grandmas old flat.
The project was a total renovation... stripping the property, full redecoration, some electrical work, new bathroom and kitchen as well as a new hot water system and central heating installation.
They completed the project within the time frame and kept to the budget with all finishings done to a high standard.
I do not live locally so I was not able to come and see the progress regularly but Davinder's communication was superb and kept me up to date with progress throughout. Any issues discovered were also quickly communicated with a can do attitude to finding a solution that was both cost effective and able to be done without delaying the project.
Davinder listened to my brief and delivered exactly what was asked for, I would highly recommend to anyone

SureBuild Homes certainly come with our recommendation! Davinder and team were very approachable, patient and hardworking throughout our house build project, which had the added complication of COVID. Davinder worked closely with us to figure out what needed doing to accommodate our family given that we continued to live at home during the build and during the pandemic. This family focussed and caring approach is needed in every builder!

The finished renovation is very impressive and certainly has the 'wow factor'. The attention to detail made by each tradesman really shows through. We are a happy customer!

Unfortunately I cannot share the opinions from previous reviews as we have had a number of building issues. After two complaints to the Federation of Master Builders, and three years of stress later, things still braking down. 3 roofs later, 3 retaining walls later with, the newest one he fixed its blown again and our under-flooring heating leaking, if you choose this company, likely, you will regret it.
