We used Surrey Building Projects for a complete refurbishment of the upstairs of our house and are delighted with the results. We had bought a 1930s house that needed a lot of work, including the removal of a lot of asbestos. All the builders we had come to quote seemed put off by the work needed and recommended quick fixes and patch ups. Cristian was the only one to give us good, honest advice about what we needed to do. He recommended a good company to remove the asbestos and gave us a clear and detailed quote, broken down to the various jobs. Cristian and his team set to work. We had them give us new ceilings, remove lath and plaster walls and build new walls, rewire, replumb, replaster, and board and insulate the loft. They completed the work with great care and we couldn't fault any of the trades or how hard they worked. Inevitably unexpected things cropped up but Cristian always took the time to talk to us and price things up before going ahead. We were so pleased with Surrey Building Projects that we had them come back again to do our bathroom a few months later. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cristian and his team and hope to use them again in the future.
