Would highly recommend Surrey House Builder. Quote provided was itemised and clear. Builders were considerate whilst onsite and clearly had a high level of professionalism and took pride in their work. Any additional costs were clearly discussed and explained, as well as any cost reductions were notified. Work completed was a renovation and included walls coming down, steels being installed, plastering, rewiring, plumbing including underfloor heating, painting, new kitchen being fitted. We will definitely use Surrey House Builder for any future house projects.

Bourne Construction we’re doing some amazing work across the road from us on our street. We wanted a new flat roof to replace our old conservatory one and we spoke to the guys to give us a quote.
We cannot tell you how brilliant they were from start to finish. We had to wait patiently because of weather constraints but that wasn’t a problem. The job was completed to the highest standards and regulation. We had a new roof light fitted which was expertly done. The decorating inside was done with extreme precision and is utterly flawless. The place was kept clean and tidy at all times while work was going on.
All in all we absolutely love it, it’s a great family space and it will be brilliant for those winter morning and nights as it’s airtight and we won’t be losing valuable heat. Fantastic work guys!

Everyone at bourne were unbelievable!!
From the off Dave gave me a quote and fit me into his busy schedule, nothing was ever a problem for them!!
The quote provide was close to spot on, the timescales of the project was the same!!

Dave recommended tradesmen who were super reliable.

The quality to the build in my house is amazing, Bourne took our vision and made it a reality!!

We had a double room split to create two identical single rooms, inputting a window also.
They also managed to create Space for my utility room to come indoors to my kitchen as the utility conservatory was unsafe and needed to come down.

We now have a 3 bed house and a working safe kitchen finished to the highest standard. We love it.

To complete the work as efficient and to the high standard all whist under pressure (as I had a baby in the house a lot of the time), was truly remarkable.

Over the moon with the room split and new kitchen!!

Bourne Construction’s detailed quotation and realistic timeline gave us confidence to employ them to convert our garage into a living space with bathroom; later, we realized that their experience of handling larger ventures meant that they had a firm grasp of smaller projects like ours. We were so impressed by their work that we engaged them to do further jobs that had been put off for years. They approached our extension as if they were working on their own homes and took genuine pride in their craftsmanship. The tasks were completed to an excellent standard and fairly priced. They started on time and went out of their way to finish on schedule; significantly, the project never went over budget, while they frequently looked for cost-savings along the way. When they made suggestions or gave us options, it was always with the objective of enhancing things we’d planned. The team from this family-run business were professional, respectful, highly skilled, and pleasant people to have around, such that we are going to miss them now that the job is complete, and so are our neighbours. We didn’t know Bourne Construction before this project but will remember them because of it. We don’t usually write reviews and treat with caution, ok, suspicion, some reviews we’ve read, but decided that we had to pay tribute to their outstanding leader and his exceptional team.

Dave and his team are some of the nicest and most professional people you could ever hope to deal with. They came to take out our old back door and build a new wall and window. They were on time, tidy and most importantly did an absolutely fantastic job. The external brickwork and interior plastering are top notch.
