I needed an underground survey done which their website says they do, so I emailed them asking for this. I received a response stating that they weren't structural engineers and couldn't do this so I responded back with a link to their website literally showing them offering the exact thing I was asking for. I then got told my email had been passed to a survey manager who'd contact me. A week went by with no contact so I called them, got told I needed to speak to someone specific but they weren't available and would call me back. Again, 3 days go by and no call back received. I also chased again by email in this time and heard nothing.

Dreadful service and I'll now be taking my business elsewhere.
