I don’t feel I can state whether it’s good value or not as I did not actually secure quotes from others as this was an insurance repair claim.
This company were, however, the first to get the quote in and as the insurance company were happy with the quote I let the other wood restoration companies know I was going with yourselves (before they took up their own what would have wasted time giving a quote). I think, however, that it is a fair price for what is an excellent job done.
George and Jake were professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and worked hard to get such a perfect finish. They kept me fully informed of the progress and next steps as well as the aftercare. I had been v hopeful they would do a great job and my hopes were not dashed.
I so love my new floor… thank you so much for a brilliant job!
Also Adam and the admin team were v quick to respond to my emails, phone calls and questions.

We're really happy with the restoration work to our living room floor. Our scuffed, stained (and in places cracked) floor now looks brand new, we can't believe the transformation! Working with the Sussex Floor Restoration team has been a great experience too. All communication has been easy, the team arrived on time as agreed, and all work was completed in two days with almost no dust/mess. Adam and Ross restored our parquet floor which had been hidden under carpet by the previous owner of our house. They were very informative on the process that needed to be done. On the day they arrived on time and got on with the sanding, giving us the options of the finish we would like. Everything was complete the next day and the floor looks brand new. We are so pleased it looks stunning. I would recommend them to anyone needing floor restoration. Oh and it really was practically dust free!!

We have just had our parquet floor restored by Sussex Floor Restoration and are delighted with the results. Adam visited us to carry out a survey and explained the process and options available for the final finish. On the day of the works the team arrived promptly and set about securing any loose tiles and replacing damaged ones. The team kept us well informed throughout the process, were extremely tidy with almost no dust and were a pleasure to deal with. We chose the lacquered matt final coat which has given the floor a beautiful finish lifting the grain in wood and brining it back to life. Overall, we are very impressed with Sussex Floor Restoration and would highly recommend them.
