We are delighted with the job that Viktor and the team at Sutton builders did - they completely transformed our kitchen and dining room, removing a wall to create a bright open place space that we now love to use. Additionally they re-plastered and decorated through our hall, landing and in to a small bedroom, all completed to a really high standard.

Viktor was extremely helpful throughout, when we first met he took the time to understand our ideas and provided suggestions on how to get the best of the space and our budget. We did have some unplanned hiccups with damp timber joists but Viktor provided a couple of options to rectify and was very mindful of our budget.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Sutton builders and would highly recommend.

Where do I start ... what an amazing transformation Viktor did to our loft. We explained that we were on a tight budget so we were willing to go by Viktor's advice. He was flexible, patiend and very understanding to what we wanted and we have 3 kids and a very busy household, but our loft was a large waste of space which we wanted split into bedroms for our kids. Viktor did his measurements and plannings and suggested to also fit a small shower room for the kids too, and still sticking within our budget. The team took their time because every little detail my god was never looked over all the skirting is flush and the walls are all straight no bowing or anything our kids are so grateful and love their new rooms. All the plumbing electrics and building works was all taken care of the team and we are so happy we now have a beatiful house and all our kids have thier own room now we now have a HOME!

Sutton kitchen installation, professional, hard working, due diligence and reliable. Victor project managed our new kitchen install, from design, measurements, number of units all the way to completion. They started early and finished late - getting the job done. Unit installtion team, plastering team, gas install team and electrical and appliance install team - ALL SOLID. Even tiling and decorating at the end, my kitchen is showroom level quality. We are so happy. They also clean up immaculately after themselves and always polite and respectful in our home.

Very happy with the work and service provided. Polite, punctual, honest and high standard of work. Works included: removal of old kitchen and installation of a new subfloor. Removal of old rear doors and window and installation of a steel to accommodate new sliding doors. Removal of old bathroom and installation of new with changed orientation. All associated electrics and plumbing. Will use again and would recommend.
