I've bought several new builds in the past from other developers and T A Fisher properties are so different. They're not the usual 'churn them out' property developers, they use good quality materials, have lovely homely floor plans and really think about the details. Their sympathetic approach to how their developments fit in to their environment is also rare and refreshing.

We moved into our new house in Mortimer Common in November. Our old home sold very quickly and T.A.Fisher were amazingly easy to deal with and helpful in getting our new house ready so that we didn't have to rent.

We love the house and love the village. The house has all mod cons, but with character - state of the art kitchen and log burner in the lounge. We particularly appreciate the individual design and finish - oak framed front door and garage- and the fact that there is such a variety of designs. The estate has been carefully planted with trees and shrubs, which contributes to a pleasant environment softening the new estate feel.

Can't wait for our cherry tree to blossom!

House quality is excellent compared with other new builds but after service is shocking! I had a leak in July where the bathroom fitters had screwed through a pipe. The leak was fixed but some 6 months later I still have holes in my walls and ceilings etc. I eventually had to repair some myself because there was mould in the ceiling in the entrance hall.

Disappointed. Called for info on Burghfield site and was asked to call estate agent . Called estate agent but they said they were busy, had no info and would call me back.... 3 days passed and no call back.

I have recently purchased a property built by this company and the whole process from start to finish
was excellent . The property is also first class .
