I am very pleased with the work delivered by Tailored Developments.

Right from the very start, it was professional, friendly and as experts they guided me and my wife on what we should do with our loft extension and ground floor structural drawings.

I had many questions through the process and everything was always answered simply and I felt assured that what we are doing was the best approach to meeting our requirements.

What was then delivered in terms of architectural drawings was above what I expected. It met the councils requirements and it provided detailed information for my builders to quote on and now also use as a guide to the overall build itself.

The process to then submit planning to the local council for approval for very smooth and we got the grant on schedule.
