Excellent service from Natalie, I was not an easy customer having originally sent a sketch of a drawing that was completely wrong for what I actually wanted. Natalie was great, she explained the situation, got some building advice for me and provided a suitable drawing. I would not hesitate to use Tailored Plans again.

From my initial email making a general enquirie to our last email Natalie was very responsive and always extremely helpful. Dean carried out a site survey at our house and fully complied to government guidance of the 2 meter social distance rule. They ask us from the outset to allow them Free roam of the house so that it protected them and us during these very uncertain times.
