I have found Target to be very easy to deal with.
The whole process of obtaining a quote and having my queries dealt with on the phone was excellent.
A date fo installation was set and the Target team of Cliff and John carried out the work in 2 days ie the specified period.
The lads were polite and friendly.
At the end of the installation they cleared up everything and I wouldn't have known they'd been in the house.

Fantastic professional service, I was recommended by a friend to Target Structural as i found some alarming cracks in the walls of my house after i removed plaster. Two chaps came out to survey the issue and gave a quick diagnosis to the problem, aided by their previous research of the history of my property including my home buyer's report aswell as history of the area. They were able to commence work the next day (fitting wall ties throughout the property and installing reinforcement to the areas that were cracking) and also left recommendations for future work. They worked efficiently and i particularly liked that they showed me what they were doing and explained the process before during and after. The work was tidy aswell, i was expecting lots of dust and mess but they kept it clean with vacuums the whole time. Huge recommendation from me 🙂 Thanks guys!

We used Target Structural on a recent project and from receiving the initial estimate to completion of the project found them to be everything you want - professional, responsive, on time and excellent quality. Would highly recommend and will continue to use.

Very long booking diary so took time.
Arrived with too little materials for the pile caps.
Piles did not go as deep since they hit a refusal point - but no cost adjustment for shorter piles.
Otherwise innovative and would use it more except for the price point which is high - justifiable with extreme circumstance - otherwise I use alternatives.
