Planned extension from start to finish including dealing with planners, building control, utilities and the builder himself. Nothing was too much trouble and Tony's patient contribution ensured everything ran smoothly. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure the plans he drew up covered everything we needed from the build, and suggested practical amendments to keep costs down without compromising on quality. He delivered everything to the timescale promised and was always available to answer any queries. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amount of effort Tony put in on our behalf. And his connections within the building industry made finding tradespeople and products easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend TC Design Services to anyone whatever the size of their job.

We bought a residential property with the idea of upgrading and converting it into a holiday let. To achieve this, we needed to get some renovation work done on the property as well as request planning permission for the change of use. Tony has helped us with both.

His interest in and attention to our vision plus his willingness and ability to conduct relevant research to ensure that we secured quality building services and planning permission was really great. His thoughtful attention to detail while drawing up the specs has given builders the confidence they needed to quote for the works to be done.

His willingness to work with us in filling in the planning application and liaising with the planning officers on our behalf resulted in our securing the change of use permissions that we needed.

Great service and reasonably priced. Tony helped us throughout the whole process and his knowledge and ideas helped us no end. We were starting to get frustrated with the whole process before meeting Tony but he took the stress and worry out of the whole process. Highly recommended
