I recieved a letter from director of TDR Groundworks Director Ken Carter, To inform myself that works will be commencing on 18 sep.They politely and efficiently began the aggreed works. They removed terraced areas as promised. ***** they broke out and removed, Also renewed section of concrete path.*****However they completed to a ***** star finish the top half of the garden which is property of number5,although there does seem some confusion as residents think it is communal for numbers 1,3 5, 7, however the garden as you walk in the rear gate belongs to 5, the garden down by the ground floor flat belongs to myself Rees powditch number 1, I am very unhappy that no grassed area on my garden was removed. So no topsoil could be put down and no grass seed coul be administerd,exept on the narrow sides but no topsoil was put down and grass seed was placed on rough firm surface.After several phone calls back and forth to eastlight i decided to phone TDR and was informed it would be comleted by the end of the day then one of your groundworkers phoned to say he was on his way around to complete works .NO SHOW.

One of the hottest weeks we have had reaching 32 degrees and one of the hardest jobs they've had to do renovating my back garden as there was so much work to do, Edd and hes two lads have done bloody well in two days 10 out of 10 so far they work really hard, thanks from shane

Awful finishes to all works on new build development. Starting “loud” private work after 6pm on weekdays.

Needed to be called back multiple times as the work they carried out for drainage in a housing estate never resolved the issue. They caused damage to property outside of the scope of their project which they never resolved.
