Over the past six months, my wife and I have been getting numbers for a very simple and very small outdoor kitchen. Pricing was all over the place, but T.O.P. was right in the middle. Because of this, we elected to use them. The design and details were done by myself, so T.O.P. used my renderings to construct the final product. Our desired product did not require any plumbing or electrical components, so T.O.P. handled the entire build.
The finished product (kitchen island between our house and patio column with granite counter and backsplash, brick to match our house, multiple access doors, and a circular cutout for my 22" Weber kettle) could not have turned out better. Everyone who worked on the project showed a high level of detail in making sure their phase of the project was exactly what I asked for (welder, mason team, granite team, and final clean/punch list crew). Once complete, they did everything they could to leave our backyard and back patio as clean as the way they found it.
My only complaint - The communication from start to finish was less than desirable. I understand that my project was smaller than most and likely didnt need or require the communication that a larger kitchen project would require, but I place a high value on clear communication and responsiveness to questions. That was lacking in this situation, but wasnt a deal breaker in the end. However, my standards for communication on construction projects is significantly higher than most due to the fact that I am in the commerical construction industry.
Never the less, I would use them again in the future for similar projects.

We hired Aaron to remodel our outdoor kitchen. This was a custom job that required him to change the cabinets outside and install new appliances while keeping the most of the existing tile work. Aaron and his team did a good job working to our specific needs. It was a pleasure working with Aaron and would recommend him to anyone looking to build or remodel an outdoor kitchen. beyond impressed with my new outdoor kitchen they would deliver on their promise of a stunning outdoor kitchen. Their great communication and attention to detail paid off because now I prefer cooking outdoors more than I do in my home! I would work with them again in a heartbeat and have referred several friends and colleagues to "Texas Outdoor Projects"

We used Texas Outdoor Projects for a patio and firepit, and we were pleased with their work. However, months later, I do not share this same sentiment. We have had to call, text, and leave messages to try to get someone out here to fix this firepit. Every time Aaron or Abraham tell me a day, they never show up or even call to let me know they aren't coming. This is very unprofessional, and it has been going on for over a month. If you decide to use Texas Outdoor Projects, understand that you will be able to reach them in the beginning, but as soon as you request warranty work, you will not hear from them. We do not know if or when this stone will ever be fixed, even though we are still under warranty. Buyer Beware!

Don't use them! We hired them to repair our driveway which is 280 sq ft and they charged $2240. We paid off immediately when they finished the job. After 30 days, there was a crack appeared. We checked the driveway carefully and found several holes at the sides of the driveway blocks. We did not notice the holes because they were artificially covered by dirt. We were told that there must some air when the mixed were pulling. The most crazy thing is, when we contacted Aaron, the owner of the company and also the contractor worked with us, he said he would go to see our driveway, but after reschedule several times, he never showed up!!!! After two days, we found that he put us to blacklist of his phone so he will not receive our call anymore!!!!!!!!No matter the crack is normal or not, he should go to see it and give us solution so the crack will not become worse. It is unbelievable how rude he is! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't use them! If you are using them, you should hold the payment until they do provide satisfied work!
