Absolutely disgusting ‘architect’. Rose Gomes cost my wife and I a considerable amount of money and completely messed the whole project up. Even when faced with evidence of multiple errors, she completely refused to refund or even make amends. Terrible lady who kept ranting about alpacas. Very strange person.

Update: I have literally never heard of the people you mentioned. I think your reply just goes to show exactly how strange you are. You obviously have more than myself as a disgruntled customer. I think maybe you should seek some help.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Rose put in a planning application for the property next door to the one we instructed her to work on for a demolition and rebuild. Luckily the application was rejected because there were 5 missing documents, which were necessary to submit a valid application.
There were a catalogue of errors in her single drawing, including the access was changed to go through another neighbours property!
She called the debt collectors when we refused to pay for a service which was not delivered. Needless to say they left when we provided them with the evidence of the incompetence!
If you are looking at hiring an expert to complete a process, this is absolutely not your company/person.

Total incompetence . Rose claims to be an architect but fails to understand the basics. Plan submitted and immediately refused by the local authority . Failed to even put in the correct address for our new home which if was passed would have meant our neighbours house being demolished. AVOID AT ALL COST
